This matter is before this Court on a writ of certiorari from a denial of post conviction relief following a revocation of probation. The Petitioner, Mr. Huckaby, contends that he was denied his Sixth Amendment right to counsel at his probation revocation hearing, and was not afforded the opportunity for a knowing and intelligent waiver of this right. We agree and remand for a new probation...
