This is an appeal by the State of Delaware from an order of the Superior Court. In that order, the Superior Court denied the State's right to appeal from a mid-trial ruling in the Justice of the Peace Court, which dismissed various motor vehicle offenses and criminal charges that had been filed by the State against the appellee, Racey Pusey ("Pusey").
