The plaintiffs, Andrew Ryder, his wife, Rose Marie Ryder, their son, Eugene Ryder, and his wife, Diane Ryder, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Cook County against defendants, Bank of Hickory Hills (the Bank), and James and Frank Hannigan for rescission of a deed conveying title to land.
