Plaintiff brings forth only one assignment of error for our review, contending that the trial court erred in granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, we agree and reverse. This Court, as well as our Supreme Court, has repeatedly stated that summary judgment is not a preferable manner in which to dispose of negligence cases.
