Justice LINN delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant filed a notice of appeal from the judgments entered on his convictions of unlawful delivery of phencyclenidine ("PCP") and possession of PCP with intent to deliver for which he was sentenced to concurrent terms of three years' imprisonment. Defendant maintains that his cause must be remanded to the trial court because that court never considered his motion to vacate his guilty pleas.
