This appeal involves a suit resulting from the death of Mrs. Florence Howe, who died on April 21, 1985. Her husband, Mr. Carroll Howe, claims that the treatment rendered by her physician, James Thompson, M.D., actually increased her risk of having a heart attack, the condition of which she eventually died.
