The present case, in which Petitioner, Katherine Delker, seeks review of an order of the Pennsylvania State Harness Racing Commission (Commission) imposing a two year suspension of her license as a horse trainer, returns to this Court after remand to the Commission for reconsideration, pursuant to our order of October 15, 1990. See Delker v. Pennsylvania State Harness Racing Commission, 135 Pa.Commw. 485
