Eberhart Moving and Storage, Ltd. appeals from a District Court judgment affirming the Worker's Compensation Bureau's order revoking a prior dismissal and order granting employee status to Mack Griffin. We affirm.

Griffin was employed as a truck driver by Eberhart in March, 1986 and terminated his employment by May, 1987. Eberhart then offered him work as an "independent contractor/driver". The...
