Maylie, Jr., appeals from an order of the trial court dismissing a cause of action alleged against Maylie's employer, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation a/k/a AMTRAK, and Steven Scott, an AMTRAK employee, for civil conspiracy to deprive him of a fair trial in an action under The Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq., for workplace injuries sustained at AMTRAK's shop in Bristol, Pennsylvania...
