Plaintiff, Ed Bloomfield, has appealed from an order dismissing his petition at the close of plaintiff's case. We affirm.

The petition alleged two causes of action against the defendant, Nebraska State Bank (NSB), arising out of financial relations between Bloomfield and the bank—one claiming a breach of contract by the bank to renew Bloomfield's operating line of credit, and one claiming breach of the bank's fiduciary duties...
