This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of appellee. For the reasons appearing below, we affirm.

Appellant, Donald Reuter, is an attorney licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, who personally guaranteed a loan made to Donald Simons by Citizens and Northern Bank.
