The state appeals an order granting appellee Amy Alioto's motion to suppress statements made by her prior to being given Miranda warnings by the police. We reverse.

A neighbor of Alioto, finding marijuana growing in the back yard of the quadraplex where Alioto lived, pulled up one of the plants and took it to the Ocala police. Marion County Sheriff's deputies, King and Jones, were dispatched to Alioto's residence to investigate. King...
