Glen Marsh, a real estate salesperson working for respondent Edina Realty, Inc., sold appellants contract equity funding notes (CEFNs) and other investments which later became worthless. Appellants sued respondent Edina Realty, Inc. and its president and vice-president, respondents Roger Rovick and David Rovick, for fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive trade practices...
