TAYLOR, Judge.

The appellant, Willie Joe Mann, was convicted of one count of sodomy in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-6-63, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to 20 years in the penitentiary.

The evidence tended to show that on several occasions, the appellant engaged in various sexual activities with the victim, his eight-year-old "stepdaughter" C.T. At the time of these events, the appellant was the live-in boyfriend of the victim...
