Respondents, David and Danette Hansen, appeal from the trial court's order which refused to vacate an adjudicatory order which found their daughter neglected. The trial court refused to consider respondents' motion to vacate on the basis that the motion was filed more than 30 days after the oral order of adjudication had been entered.
