WIEAND, Judge:

J.F. Lomma, Inc. (Lomma) was tried de novo in the Court of Common Pleas of Pike County and was found guilty of violating the provisions of 75 Pa.C.S. § 1575 after its employees had operated tractor trailers in violation of conditions contained in special permits authorizing the hauling of loads in excess of statutory maximum width and weight limitations. Post-trial motions were denied, and Lomma was sentenced to pay fines totalling $6,735, together...
