William Myrick, Sr. was convicted in a bench trial in the Circuit Court of the City of Petersburg for distribution of cocaine in violation of Code § 18.2-248. He contends on appeal: (1) that the trial court erred by admitting into evidence the certificate of drug analysis in violation of Code § 19.2-187; and (2) that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction.
