FLAHERTY, Justice.

Appellant, Casualty Reciprocal Exchange, appeals from the order of the Superior Court which affirmed the judgment entered in favor of the American Association of Meat Processors, appellee, on an alleged oral contract obligating appellant to provide rebates to employer members of appellee association who purchased workers' compensation insurance from appellant. 388 Pa.Super. 179
