James L. Noske, a 38-year-old graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, has petitioned for review of the recommendation of the State Board of Law Examiners that he not be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota. Despite the submission of a lengthy application, prepared with the assistance of legal counsel, the Board found that Noske had failed to prove his moral character and fitness to practice law in this state...
