HUDOCK, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed upon Appellant after he was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. Timely filed post-verdict motions were denied by the trial court, and Appellant was sentenced to a fine and a term of imprisonment of between thirty days and six months. This direct appeal followed. We reverse.
