This appeal concerns the propriety of the bankruptcy court's confirmation of the reorganization plan of Debtor Bryson Properties XVIII (hereinafter "Bryson"). Following a decline in the demand for office space and the discovery of asbestos in three Omaha, Nebraska, office buildings owned by the Debtor, the Debtor sought bankruptcy relief to enable it, among other things, to rework its loan obligations to The Travelers...
