This matter came before the Court for trial on the merits on November 12, 1991. The Court had previously granted partial summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff and thus the only remaining issue for trial was Circle Business Credit, Inc.'s (CBC), counterclaim that it is entitled to recover the value of the computer system which it claims as collateral.
