In this appeal from convictions of aggravated rape and kidnapping we face once more a situation where, but for the prosecutor's failure to stay within the bounds of proper closing argument, the defendant's appeal could have been dealt with in a summary manner.1 Instead, we must witness another prosecutor "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory."
