During mid-afternoon on June 6, 1988, defendant, who was attired in a green tank top and yellow shorts, and was wearing a cast on his right leg below the knee, sold one half gram of cocaine to an undercover officer for $30 in pre-recorded buy money. Defendant consummated the sale with assistance of accomplice George Ramos, who, at the time of his arrest, was found to be in possession of the pre-recorded buy money.
