Defendant Brenda F. Smith appeals her convictions of conspiring to manufacture, deliver, or possess a controlled substance, Iowa Code § 204.401(1)(c) (class "C" felony), and of possession of a controlled substance, Iowa Code § 204.401(3) (serious misdemeanor). She contends that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress the fruits of two allegedly unreasonable searches. Smith also appeals her sentence and an order which denies her request...
