On February 23, 1985, a fire destroyed the business of plaintiffs Henry W. Brown and Gloria M. Brown, doing business as H.W. Brown Sales. Claims were made by the Browns against Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company and Federated Mutual Insurance Company. Both insurance companies denied coverage.
