Robert, David, and Hazel Schluter (farmers) seek payment from United Farmers Elevator (elevator) for grain delivered to the elevator via an independent trucker. On appeal from an entry of summary judgment for the elevator, the farmers argue: (1) there are genuine issues of material fact; and (2) the trial court abused its discretion by denying their motion to stay entry of judgment so as to permit further discovery.
