This is an appeal by Nicholas J. Murphy (Claimant) from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reducing Claimant's benefits from total disability to partial disability on the grounds that suitable employment was made available to Claimant by Roadway Express, Inc.
