Gary Dopkowski pled guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) with intent to distribute in May of 1988. The trial court imposed a five-year suspended sentence and placed him on probation for three years. In June of 1989, Dopkowski committed a larceny and in August of 1989 he was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was convicted of the possession charge on September 7, 1989.
