Defendant-appellant, Maria Pumpelly, was indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury on January 25, 1990. The indictment charged appellant with three counts involving cocaine. Count One charged appellant with drug abuse in violation of R.C. 2925.11, and Counts Two and Three charged appellant with aggravated trafficking in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(5) and (7), respectively.
