Juan Guiterrez, Demetrio Olivarez and Norma Mejia were charged by amended information with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Mr. Guiterrez and Mr. Olivarez were convicted of the lesser included crime, possession of cocaine. Ms. Mejia was acquitted.
