These two bankruptcy appeals have been consolidated. In each case, the debtor or debtors appeal from a denial of confirmation of a reorganization plan under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. In the Unruh case, the bankruptcy court denied confirmation after a proffer of evidence from debtor's attorney.
