We are asked to consider whether state law provides a state court with the authority to order parties in a labor dispute to mediate their collective bargaining differences under the direction of a state mediator. We are also asked to determine whether such authority, if any, is pre-empted by the National Labor Relations Act. We find that both of the orders upon which review is sought are interlocutory and not appealable as of right. We therefore dismiss...
