OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of unlawful possession of a narcotic drug for sale, a class 2 felony. He admitted two prior convictions and was sentenced to a presumptive term of 15.75 years' imprisonment.

On appeal, appellant raises two issues: 1) the trial court erred in refusing to suppress the contraband as the product of an illegal detention, and 2) there was insufficient evidence to support a conviction...
