MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

EDWIN L. NELSON, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on appeal, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), from final orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama which confirmed the debtors' modified Chapter 13 plan and denied the appellant's motion for relief from the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362, 121 B.R. 109.1
