MURPHY, J.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of felonious driving, MCL 752.191; MSA 28.661, and of operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, MCL 257.625; MSA 9.2325. Defendant was also convicted by a jury of being a second-felony offender, MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082. Defendant was sentenced to two to three years' imprisonment for the felonious driving conviction, and he received a ninety-day sentence for the OUIL conviction....
