Morrow, guilty of the two counts charged in the information, count I, second degree murder, see Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-304(1) (Reissue 1989), and count II, using a firearm to commit a felony, see Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-1205(1) (Reissue 1989), in the shooting death of Thomas Jordan.
