This is an action for damages and declaratory relief alleging that the defendant, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual), breached an insurance contract issued to the plaintiffs, Augat, Inc., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliable Electronic Finishing Company, Inc.
