Adriani, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal from a decision of the named defendant, the commission on human rights and opportunities (commission). The commission had dismissed the plaintiff's employment discrimination complaint without a hearing on the basis of its finding that there was no reasonable cause to believe that a discriminatory practice had been committed by the plaintiff's employer.
