Appellant appeals from an order denying his petition to appeal, nunc pro tunc, two summary convictions to the Court of Common Pleas. We reverse and remand.

Each of Appellant's convictions were for driving a motor vehicle while his operator's license was under suspension. 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 1543(a).1 No appeals were taken within thirty days as required by Pa.R.Crim.P. 86. In due time, Appellant received notice...
