COLEMAN, J.

Dennis and Karrie Tallariti appeal an order granting summary judgment to Delta Plumbing and Heating, Inc., and to Amurcon, Inc., and dismissing the Tallaritis' claims for damages. The Tallaritis (hereinafter Tallariti) argue that the trial court erred when it dismissed their claims because they had established a prima facie negligence cause of action. We affirm.
