Appellant brought an action seeking damages based on respondent's negligence and breach of common law implied warranties in the manufacture and sale of wooden trusses used in the construction of appellant's building. Respondent moved for summary judgment. Appellant moved to amend the complaint to include certain contribution and indemnity claims assigned to it.
