This appeal by Orr Drywall Company (Orr Drywall) arises out of an adverse ruling in the district court where its claims against appellees Verne R. Houghton, Verne R. Houghton Insurance Agency, Inc. (Houghton Insurance Agency), and State Automobile & Casualty Underwriters, Inc. (State Auto) were dismissed.
