WELLS, Judge.
Defendant brings forward five assignments of error from the order of the trial court, contending that the court erred in allowing in part plaintiff's motion to compel, denying its motions for protective orders, allowing pre-certification communications with potential class members, and refusing to impose a plan of discovery.
