This is an action to recover for injuries allegedly incurred as a result of an explosion at the defendant's facilities in Simsbury on August 15, 1984. The plaintiff's three count complaint alleged (1) an ultrahazardous activity, (2) the maintenance of an absolute nuisance, and (3) negligence.
