CIRILLO, Judge:

Elizabeth M. Henrich and Charles P. Getz appeal from an order entered on July 23, 1990 granting Harleysville Insurance Companies' ("Harleysville") motion for judgment on the pleadings. We reverse.

On October 2, 1986, Henrich, a passenger in her friend's uninsured motor vehicle, was injured when the vehicle veered off a road and struck a tree. At the time of the accident, Henrich owned a motor vehicle which was registered in this Commonwealth...
