The plaintiffs, Peter Estabrooks and Esther Estabrooks, appeal the decision of the Superior Court (Smith, J.) affirming the Town of Jefferson (Town) zoning board of adjustment's (ZBA) denial of the Estabrookses' application for a variance from the Town's land use ordinances.
