PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from the circuit court's order dismissing his complaint for declaratory relief. He had filed suit seeking an order compelling defendant Auto Club Insurance Association to proceed with arbitration on his uninsured motorists claim. We affirm.
