MEMORANDUM ORDER

Defendant-Appellant William T. McSpedon appeals from a September 13, 1990 order of Judge Howard Schwartzberg which enjoined him from taking any action in connection with the prosecution of his state court action against Mr. Lovece and declared that his state court action is in violation of the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).
