At issue on this appeal by Jeanne M. Furst, Personal Representative of the Estate of William K. Furst, appellant,1 is the propriety of the judgment of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, granting the motion to vacate,2 filed by Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Isom, appellees, and remanding the case to the Health Claims Arbitration Office for further proceedings.3
